By accessing or using QueryMind ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QueryMind is an AI-powered database management application that allows users to:

• Connect to and manage MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, and Redis databases
• Generate SQL queries using natural language with AI assistance
• Visualize database schemas with ERD diagrams
• Export data in various formats

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Plan

The Free plan includes limited features as described on our pricing page. Free plans are subject to usage limits and may be modified at our discretion.

4.2 Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions (Pro and Max) are billed monthly or annually. Payment is processed through our payment provider, LemonSqueezy.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code
• Share your account credentials with others
• Exceed your plan's usage limits through automation or other means

6. Database Connections

You are solely responsible for:

• The security and integrity of your database connections
• Ensuring you have proper authorization to access connected databases
• Any data loss or damage resulting from queries executed through the Service
• Compliance with applicable data protection laws

7. AI Features

Our AI-powered features are provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated SQL queries should be reviewed before execution
• We are not responsible for data loss from AI-generated queries
• AI features may be subject to third-party provider terms (OpenAI, Anthropic)

8. Intellectual Property

QueryMind and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MiracleStudio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUERYMIND AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QueryMind and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
